Account creation, security & user responsibilities
Each user may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household, whether from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration.
A clear photo of your National ID or passport may be required for identity verification. This must be completed before your first withdrawal.

1912 will not be held liable for any account-related losses resulting from user negligence.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Users may also request account closure at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account. Funds linked to active bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been met.
